Love Trio

Love Trio is one of the first bands to emerge out of the Nublu scene in the East Village of New York. Ilhan Ersahin, Jesse Murphy and Kenny Wollesen gave birth to a band whose music would seek to defy genre. Love Trio’s open and essentially undefined style is what makes them stand out, as they move from genre-to-genre and flavor-to-flavor. Their latest collaboration took them to Jamaica where they collaborated with vocalist U-Roy, known to be a reggae legend. The result is rhythmic playfulness that crosses combines reggae, rocksteady, jazz and electronica. It is simply contemporary feel good music at its best!
